The GAN 11 M Duo is new for May 2021 and features many new upgrades. The DUO boasts a whopping 64 magnets (over the original 48 that most magnetic cubes feature). Not only are their edge-corner magnets, there are also magnets positioned in the core-corner configuration, this gives the GAN 11 Duo a very strong, distinctive magnetic feel.

Warranty

We pride ourselves on our customer service here at KewbzUK. That's why we will cover any broken piece from the day of delivery up until 14-days after delivery. That includes internals, broken corner stalks, broken pieces and broken cores. Please Note: In the event a piece does break or your cube pops, we will cover the piece and not the whole cube.

What to do if your cube pops

There are 2 types of 'pops' in cubing:

  • Pops - A single piece (or a few pieces) fall out of the cube.
  • Explosions - the whole cube falls apart and you're left with a pile of pieces.
In both instances you may be left feeling a little annoyed and confused on how to pop it back together. Please Note: This can happen to a brand new cube on your first solve. It's always a good idea to do some slow turns and check the tension of the cube before going sub-2seconds with 10000 TPS (turns per second).
If you're cube has exploded and you're left with a pile of pieces we have a full blog with rebuild videos for you to start/stop/pause/rewind as you so need. These can be accessed here.

If your cube has popped and a single piece or a few pieces have come out, just drop us an email from the contact form on the website and we will be more than happy to take a video and help you get your cube back together again.

I love it so much. Can’t recommend it enough. Great first magnetic cube as well. The core magnets feel so much better than just edge magnets. Just wish they had it in UV coating.

Best Cube Ever Owned

My experience with speed cubes has been that heavy cubes aren't for me. So I turned to GAN cube. The GAN 11 M Duo's weight has been perfect for me. I've had this cube for a few weeks now.

Positives:
- Cube was perfect out of the box. I have made no customisations because it's already so stable and easy to control
- Turning is easy
- Similar to GAN 11M pro but you just can't adjust magnets and price is significantly lower
- Weight is perfect

Negatives:
- The nut is very hard to remove. I've tried so many times but it still hasn't been removed.

Arrived later than expected but cube works very well. Turns smoothly therfore faster to solve. Undamaged.
