Warranty

We pride ourselves on our customer service here at KewbzUK. That's why we will cover any broken piece from the day of delivery up until 14-days after delivery. That includes internals, broken corner stalks, broken pieces and broken cores. Please Note: In the event a piece does break or your cube pops, we will cover the piece and not the whole cube.

What to do if your cube pops

There are 2 types of 'pops' in cubing:

  • Pops - A single piece (or a few pieces) fall out of the cube.
  • Explosions - the whole cube falls apart and you're left with a pile of pieces.
In both instances you may be left feeling a little annoyed and confused on how to pop it back together. Please Note: This can happen to a brand new cube on your first solve. It's always a good idea to do some slow turns and check the tension of the cube before going sub-2seconds with 10000 TPS (turns per second).
If you're cube has exploded and you're left with a pile of pieces we have a full blog with rebuild videos for you to start/stop/pause/rewind as you so need. These can be accessed here.

If your cube has popped and a single piece or a few pieces have come out, just drop us an email from the contact form on the website and we will be more than happy to take a video and help you get your cube back together again.

I've been maining for a few months now, its really good and is very customisable.
I switched to this from the moy weilong v9 ball-core and it was close which was better but this cube takes the slight edge because of its customisability.

The price is the only bad thing about this cube but the other features make up for it. This cube has the same corner to core magnets as the GAN 12 MAGLEV just not as long but the same distance. The repelling edge magnets help with this. The UV one is better because it adds grip. The MAGLEV adgustment system works so it can go from slow to fast and anywhere in between. It has been locking up though. If you want a cube that is REALLY fast this is it but if you want fast slightly slower but still fast and controlable then the GAN 356 XS might be the cube for you. I think the x-man tornado v3 pioneer is the best cube. The price of the 13 is sad...

It's good!

I'm into Roux. I am no expert (23 seconds best) but am getting there. This cube just does Roux!
I've always had problems with corner twisting when mixing by me .....or especially by other people trying to mix it after watching me handle the cube then trying to copy. This cube simply does not corner twist (ever!) yet you can set it up as loose as you like.
I am now working on 42 roux algs which I've been putting off. This cube just does as you want it to and has given me the inspiration to go further.
Yes it's expensive but yes I'm glad I bought it.
