Warranty

We pride ourselves on our customer service here at KewbzUK. That's why we will cover any broken piece from the day of delivery up until 14-days after delivery. That includes internals, broken corner stalks, broken pieces and broken cores. Please Note: In the event a piece does break or your cube pops, we will cover the piece and not the whole cube.

Pops & Explosions

What to do if your cube pops

There are 2 types of 'pops' in cubing:

  • Pops - A single piece (or a few pieces) fall out of the cube.
  • Explosions - the whole cube falls apart and you're left with a pile of pieces.
In both instances you may be left feeling a little annoyed and confused on how to pop it back together. Please Note: This can happen to a brand new cube on your first solve. It's always a good idea to do some slow turns and check the tension of the cube before going sub-2seconds with 10000 TPS (turns per second).
If you're cube has exploded and you're left with a pile of pieces we have a full blog with rebuild videos for you to start/stop/pause/rewind as you so need. These can be accessed here.

If your cube has popped and a single piece or a few pieces have come out, just drop us an email from the contact form on the website and we will be more than happy to take a video and help you get your cube back together again.

Very cool!

As a novice cuber with kids aged 5 & 10, this one is a very cool addition to the collection.
Simple to solve if you know a Skewb, but great shape mods as you try to do it!
Entry-level to an Axix cube perhaps?

(I should add that the original one I received, I returned due to peeling stickers that wouldn’t stay down, and had some creases.

Kewbz were awesome and immediately send me a replacement!

The second one was still in its factory seal, but also had stickers that lifted and wouldn’t say stuck! - It is a unique and twisted shape after all.
Eventually, I gently warmed the cube with a hairdryer and then firmly smoothed the stickers down with a microfibre cloth.
And it’s been perfect since!)

Fun Cube

I received this as part of a Lucky Dip and this was well received. It is a fun puzzle that is not too difficult to solve but an interesting addition to the collection. It is well made, and feels just like a QiYi cube should. The colours are vibrant; however i do agree with the other reviewer that the Stickered version would be the one to go for to make the solve a bit more challenging.

Get the stickered version

This is a good, well turning puzzle. Be aware that while the stickered version has one colour per side, the stickerless version has one colour for each twisted column, which makes the solve much less challenging, and reduces the aesthetic value of the cube (in my opinion).
