Warranty

We pride ourselves on our customer service here at KewbzUK. That's why we will cover any broken piece from the day of delivery up until 14-days after delivery. That includes internals, broken corner stalks, broken pieces and broken cores. Please Note: In the event a piece does break or your cube pops, we will cover the piece and not the whole cube.

What to do if your cube pops

There are 2 types of 'pops' in cubing:

  • Pops - A single piece (or a few pieces) fall out of the cube.
  • Explosions - the whole cube falls apart and you're left with a pile of pieces.
In both instances you may be left feeling a little annoyed and confused on how to pop it back together. Please Note: This can happen to a brand new cube on your first solve. It's always a good idea to do some slow turns and check the tension of the cube before going sub-2seconds with 10000 TPS (turns per second).
If you're cube has exploded and you're left with a pile of pieces we have a full blog with rebuild videos for you to start/stop/pause/rewind as you so need. These can be accessed here.

If your cube has popped and a single piece or a few pieces have come out, just drop us an email from the contact form on the website and we will be more than happy to take a video and help you get your cube back together again.

Broke within 1 1/2 months not durable :(

In my opinion, this cube is at a very good price for what it can do, such as being able to adjust the magnet strength. The feel of the cube was as expected from cube reviews, it is sandy and moderately fast which used to be my preference at the time I used this cube. However, the plastic of the cube felt very cheap, thin and therefore while I was turning fast the corner arm broke as well as cracks on the edge pieces. I loved this cube very much but it is not strongly manufactured. Since that day, I have been using my old main the RS3M 2021 maglev with a missing yellow centre cap. Better off buying a cube such as the Qiyi MP, Dayan Tengyun (V1 or V2), X-Man Tornado (V2 M) or RS3M (any model).

Cheap core.

I wouldn't go with this Rubik's Cube if I were you. If you loo at the core, you can see it's made of this plastic. This plastic is very cheap and could break for those who solve Rubik's Cubes fast. Go for something with a more stronger core.

Broken after a few months

Core arm snapped while turning and exploded in my hands. Irreparable. Disappointing, as it I quite liked this cube and also because I bought this with an xmass gift voucher.

Fast turning and easy customisation

Good cube. Really easy to customize and change the settings. Very fast and light with a dry feel. My only issue is the texture of the cube makes it a bit slippery for me. It's not a major problem, just some time to get used to the feel.
Very good value for money.

Excellence and simplicity

Most new flagship cubes have two different adjustments inside the centre piece. MG C has only one. So my first worry was that I'd struggle to find a perfect setting for myself. There are 11 different options from 0-10. 0-5 are too unstable for my liking. 6-7 are nice and stable without compromising on corner cutting. I'm on 9 because corner cutting is so great on this cube that I happily sacrificed tiny portion of it for even more stability.
Magnets settings are really strong on 6 and hardly noticible on 1, therefore anyone should be happy with them, regardless of preference.
I used weight 5 on the springs and the tracks and weight 3 on the pieces.
This cube is very light. It almost feels like it's made of foam rather than plastic. Probably the closest thing to GAN, but for a reasonable price. Nevertheless some people will appreciate more substantial puzzles.
I own multiple different 3x3's and this is one of the best. Just buy it and enjoy
